This course exposes the measurement student on the techniques involved in construction of items on instrument both teacher made and standardize. its steps will be carefully discussed ranging from identifying the purpose of the test, selection of item format, preparing the test blueprint, writing the items, reviewing the items and preparing the scoring guide.
