In summary therefore, it is important to note that organisation sometimes referred to as “formal” or “complex” organizations are deliberately created devises for the coordination of human efforts and are manifested in a great variety of forms of business corporations, government agencies, armies, churches, trade union, political parties, schools, hospitals, charitable bodies, club etc.  Formal organisation has frequently become enmeshed with that of a bureaucracy. This because evident in the long-standing period of classifying organisations. Some authors give the impression that there are only two types of organizations: “bureaucracy” and non bureaucracy” class but this work has tried to reflect some of the views and attempted to classify organizations using a number of criteria.
