INTRODUCTION:  In this module, the teacher and the students are going to look at literary skills- listening, speaking, reading and writing. The main task of a teacher is to prepare students for successful futures by giving them the opportunity to strengthen these skills. To develop a successful members of the global society, education must be based on the framework of communication, collaboration, critical thinking and creativity.                                   

Learning objective:  The objective of this module is to enable the students become creative or professional writers.                                                                                  By the end of the lessons, students will be able to do the following:              1. Discuss the literary skills in groups.                                                                           2. Present the outcome of their group discussions in class.                                     3. Explain Literature skills and methods of teaching Literature.                                 4. Write down the genres of Literature and the importance of literature to man.
