COURSE OBJECTIVES AND SKILLS:
This course presents to the student, the tools and techniques for comparative analysis of federalism with a view to understanding various federal systems so as to enhance the practice in Nigeria. The student is expected to acquire the skills in comparative analysis of federalism, so as to make good inputs for the improvement of federalism in Nigeria, especially in fiscal federalism.- Lecturer : clement nweke
