INTRODUCTION

This course is designed to make students independent learners. The course involves a review of how to write a seminar paper. It reviews the meaning of a seminar/seminar paper and the structure of a seminar paper. It involves assigning two mathematics textbooks materials to each student to read and summarize for discussion in class. Finally, the course involves students in choosing seminar topics approved by the lecturer, (the seminar topics can be in the area of curriculum, pedagogy, professional development, technology, etc), writing the seminar paper and presenting the paper in class.

At the end of the course, students should be able to:
