This course explores the basic concepts of Human Computer Interface, history/evolution and the principles driving it. It is meant as an overview of human computer Interface. It therefore discusses the meaning, goals and objectives, components and application. It provides a general background for the understanding and design of Human-computer Interface resolving around Graphical User Interface (GUI) and Human Centered Design.
