This course is geared towards equipping the student with the skill of producing a good film and to master the art of either being a cast or a crew member. This will enable them to create film and content on their own. Therefore at the end of the lesson, the students will be able to:
- Describe film
- Identify the aesthetic element of film
- Analyse the technical apparatus of filmmaking
- Develop a film script
- Explain the art of film directing
- Analyse and implement the details of filmmaking process
- Identify issues surrounding the production of film
- Produce a film suitable to solve contemporary issues in the society.
