Introduction:

 This course explores the intersection of climate, anthropology, and architecture, examining how cultural and environmental factors shape the built environment. Students will learn to analyze the complex relationships between climate, human behavior, and architectural design, and develop skills to create sustainable, culturally responsive buildings.

Course Objectives: 

1. Understand the impact of climate on architectural design: Analyze how climate influences building form, material selection, and user experience.

 2. Explore the role of anthropology in architecture: Examine how cultural and social factors shape human behavior and building design. 

3. Develop sustainable design strategies: Learn to create buildings that minimize environmental impact while maximizing user comfort and well-being. 

4. Integrate climate and anthropology in design: Apply knowledge of climate and anthropology to create culturally responsive, sustainable buildings.
